Our room, although small, was elegantly furnished and had a spacious shower room. The staff provided warm hospitality and the food/wine was exceptional. "This property was located further out than expected due to the traffic going to all the tourist sites like Lions head, Cape of good Hope, etc. But if you are okay with a 30-40 Uber/Taxi ride then it’s an excellent place to stay. The owner-manager could not have been kinder or more helpful as I was there for doctors' office visits at the Panorama Medicentre, a short walkable 1 km away. The bed and one bedroom suite were the most comfortable I have stayed in for quite sometime. The breakfast (included) was homemade eggs, bacon, toast and they even had decaf coffee for me. I love Paperbark Manor and will come again."
