"After a very disappointing experience at my previous accommodation, moving here completely changed my holiday. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The spa facilities were excellent. The jacuzzi was fantastic—clean, warm, and the perfect place to relax after a long day. The pool was also well looked after and provided a peaceful atmosphere to unwind. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and kindness really made me feel valued as a guest. The location was convenient, and overall the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I only wish I had booked this hotel from the start. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing hotel with excellent spa facilities and outstanding customer service."

"We had a fantastic 2-night stay at the Moxy in Plymouth. The location is absolutely perfect and made exploring during our short trip incredibly easy. One of our favorite features was the 24/7 bar, it was the perfect spot to catch up with friends late at night when everything else nearby was closed. The hotel has a really cool, lively vibe. The rooms are simple but provide all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay. A huge shoutout to the staff, they were incredibly helpful, and when we had a quick issue with our TV, a team member sorted it out straight away. Just a heads-up that the on-site parking can be a little tight, but there are plenty of alternative parking facilities close by if you need them. Would definitely stay again!"

Lincombe Hall Hotel & Spa - Just for Adults

"My main complain is stuff in SPA area. They were very rude to me and other people. Completly overzelous, bossy and ruining mood to everyone. Scandinavian sauna was too cold (below 80C) and ice room didn't work. Cocktails on 'happy hours' were £20 and Long Island Ice Tea tasted like sprite mixed with coke w/o alcohol :-/ I order once and wouldn't order it ever again. On the opposite side - both spa and pool area were well mainteined and clean - much better then most hotels in this price range. Breakfast was ok. Basic room lacked electric sockets near bed and bathroom could be a bit better - it wasn't a problem but it was something that even hotels like premier inn offer on a better level."
