This place was truly unique, gorgeous, peaceful and magical! It was my favorite stay during our trip to Spain, and we stayed at a genuine castle earlier in the week! I loved exploring the grounds, checking out all the animals, garden and views of Pico de Europa from the hilltop on the property. It’s not just a hotel, but the owners family home. It’s really a Bed and breakfast. Such a peaceful place in a charming small town. Room is huge with a very big balcony.

Great service and a really nice room

The hotel has great views and sits high above the valley floor. Check-in was a breeze and done online. Room keys were in a lockbox that getting settled quick and easy. We had to depart the second morning before breakfast but they made a plate for us to take with us, super staff. Overall a great experience.

We stayed for two nights when we were hiking in the area. Rooms were small but clean, area was quiet and safe. The restaurant in the hotel was very good and the hotel was a short walk into town where there were other good restaurants and some shopping.

This was the perfect way to visit the Picos de Europa, Bulnes, and the Cares Gorge. A small parking lot for hotel guests and a SUPER helpful staff makes this place an obvious choice with the perfect location for a visit to this area. The breakfast and dinner downstairs are also delicious with delightful service. They have a cute gift shop, too.

Over all very nice spot. Room was nice and beds were very comfortable! The room was hot with no way to shut off the heater or cool it down. Also you need a code to get your key out of a box in front of the building. Not sure if we missed a message or what, but we never received a code. Thankfully there were other guests who let us use their code to retrieve our key otherwise I’m not sure if we would have gotten in that night.

Amazing location and a beautifully kept mountain lodge. Couldn't be any closer to the rock walls of the mountains. Make sure to call ahead and reserve your dinner spot if you won't be there before 6:00 pm or you'll miss out.

Nicely renovated hotel located in walking distance to the downtown Potes. The property is well maintained and clean. Breakfast is good and complete. Most staff speak little English, but you can get by. Parking is limited next to the hotel, but you can park free on the street across the street.

I was very pleased with this hotel. Large apartment style room, close to the center. Easy parking. Clean. Staff was excellent. Bed was comfortable. I have no complaints!
