The staff we incredibly helpful, and went to great lengths to insure we had a great stay. We had to check out early to catch a flight, and they brought us breakfast fixings the night before, as we left too early to get breakfast.

This is a super nice property in Santiago. It used to be the tallest building in the city so it's a big hotel but rooms are nice and the linens feel good (after being on the road for a while it's nice to have good towels!). Close to shopping very walkable area

The Ismael hotel is conveniently located next to the park and a short walk to the submay station. The staff of this hotel are genuine people friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. It was my first trip to Santiago and I arrived at the Ismael without any idea of where to start or what to see. First time at this hotel. Friendly staff. Very nice property and good selection of breakfast items. Especially liked the lobby area and the abundance of indoor and outdoor seating areas for meetings, eating or drinking. Highly recommend this hotel. Very good WiFi. Good value overall.

We were only there overnight, but we were able to check in early and were upgraded to the Towers at no extra charge. Every staff member we met was very polite and could not have been any more helpful.

The hotel was beyond accommodating in every aspect! Being able to book a tour in the lobby was a big plus. Loved the area, would definitely recommend!
