"We had a great one night stay. Everything was clean and comfortable and the rooms are very spacious and take you back in time. The staff were very attentive and helpful and the wonderful breakfast was a fantastic way to start the day. They even cater especially to kids with an activity chest. It is easy to walk to the theater and museums and market and the hotel’s access to shopping gives you everything you could need."

Warm Chilian hospitality-balked at welcoming us after all nighting into Santiago from Miami-but "rushed " our room ready within two hours of arrival. Great location-walking to everywhere important except one restaurant a must- La Mer -a cab ride away. Great rooms-super bathrooms-ice delivery a little slow but "it gets there !! I repeated my stay on the way home-they deserved it !
Not only is this a beautiful boutique hotel, the staff is amazing! I usually stay in hostel’s when I travel abroad, but I’d had enough. If you’re traveling solo, you never feel alone here. Everyone went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. The management is amazing , the concierge is attentive, the restaurant staff and housekeeping are all great. The area is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, activities, and public transportation. I highly recommend!
Some of staff was bilingual, and ready to assist us at all times during the day and night. The other staff such as security guards were attentive and also ready to assist with whatever was needed. The room very clean, the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast very good and we ate dinner in the restaurant one night. It was delicious and the staff was also very kind and attentive. This hotel was very convenient to shopping, the subway and the bus station. Highly recommend.

Clean, classic hotel with great service. Very convenient to central city sights, but also on the fringe of a sketchy neighborhood. Unfortunately the locals choose to express their selves with lots of graffiti along the streets, which distracts from the charm of the hotel and area.
I had a wonderful 3 night stay here. It was soo quiet and peaceful. Every afternoon I would open the window and enjoy the sun and nice breeze. The bed was very comfortable and great hot shower. I needed to stay at this hotel for only a few hours, and it was within walking distance of my location and next to a lot of places in the city. My boyfriend´s father had a hotel reserved for us, and we had no problem getting a room. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was easy to get in and out of the room and hotel. I also liked that there was a worker who opened the door for me when I arrived with my luggage.
