Good, clean hotel with friendly staff who go out of their way to help you out. Service at dinner and breakfast feels a bit on the slower side. Buffet options start to appear to be the same after a day!

I was visiting the city for a visa interview and since I was going to be staying there for 3 days, I wanted to book a clean and convenient hotel. Residency Towers fit my needs perfectly and exceeded my expectations. The location is very convenient - it is close to the US consulate and in the heart of the city. The rooms are excellent. They are very clean, have all the amenities you could possibly ask for and the staff is quite responsive to your requests for anything that isn't provided -...

Staff polite, courteous and professional.Buffet breakfast was excellent and location of the hotel is good. Room facilities and cleanliness in bathroom is not up to the standard of 4 star/5star hotel. Water stagnating in the shower recess, floor not cleaned and mould in sink.No hand towels or bath maths provided in the initial first week of our stay . In short room facilities are of two star.

I stayed at Hanu Reddy residences at Pies Garden for 5 day. The experience was wonderful. Situated in Central Chennai, it was a place I could easily walk and explore locally- had the best onam sadhya locally. The amenities were top notch and the service exceptional.. particularly impressive were the reception staff and the dining staff. The breakfast was delicious and I would order healthy dinner which was made to custom- just homely and friendly. Overall a delightful stay.
