The location is excellent right in the central square, the staff at the front desk is always kind and friendly, very supportive. Probably the best staff I have experienced ever. The rooms are large by European standards, the bathroom is quite large, the bed and linens are good not luxury but very good, the breakfast was included in our rate and it was quite good, we were allowed a late checkout and that was pretty good and helpful. The hotel was great. You don't usually expect to find this kind of quality in small towns. The room amenities were like that of a posh resort. The staff was friendly and helpful. Public transportation is just ouside the hotel's front door and when needed the front desk can call a cab for you in under 5 minutes. Most members of the staff speak English and the fact that the hotel isn't in the center of Pamplona is actually a benefit during the San Fermín festival.
