"Check in was so fast, our room was huge and the view was gorgeous! We knew in advance there was only valet parking, but it was a shock to others so just beware it's busy valet & was I believe $49 a night. Once you're checked in with valet it's pretty smooth sailing though. Expect about an hour for your car to be ready if you're checking out on a busy morning like Sunday. You can request your car via text while you pack up! "

"It wasn’t unnecessarily UNCLEAN but we did have a spider in our bathroom and after doing some research, it ended up being a brown recluse! We killed it and took it to the front desk to show them and I think their response was a little disappointing because of the severity of the type of spider was., they said that they would let me manager or someone higher up than the lady behind the desk, and they will get back to us. That was the first night. We checked out two days later and I had heard nothing from anyone. We brought it back up to a different staff member that was there when we checked out, and they replied to the same thing. But was nice enough to give us a very small discount, which is not what we were looking for. I thought they would at least offer to change our room come to find out they did not have the room we had purchased available. So if we would have switched rooms, it would be a downgrade. Which honestly the Lives of my husband, solving my children are worth a downgrade to know, and be comfortable that there was no brown recluse spiders in our room. They didn’t seem to know the severity of what we had found, and I explained it to the lady behind the desk and she was shocked. As we do appreciate the small discount we just wanted to be shown that someone cared about our children and how deadly those spiders are. Other than being on guard every time we unfolded a towel or sat anywhere honestly, the property was amazing and perfect for our trip!"

"The pool was cold; it’s not temperature controlled. There’s no access to a microwave. Otherwise, it was a nice place, reasonably priced, & parking was more affordable than the other downtown hotel options. "
