"This hotel is old, which is fine, but at least clean the glass, dust the baseboards, clean fingerprint smudges off the door frames and elevators. Small things would make a big difference."

"The pull out couch was broken and we had asked to have someone look at it Saturday while we were out but maintenance didn't make it by to fix. We just shoved the pillows back up under to prop it up. We were comp'd a free breakfast which was nice. Everyone was wonderful and I wish I remembered her name but we LOVED the lady that helped us check in and check out!! Would come back again"

"Clean hotel; air was infused with essential oils fragrance. Check-in was looonnng. Rooms not ready and not on same floor. Lady at front desk a little too bossy yelling at us future guests as we try to check in. Other workers were nice. Valet was only 1 guy, but he also took care of storing our luggage. Rooms are very noisy from frequent outdoor elevated train, hallway noise from people talking. Turn on all the fans to mute the sounds.Hot breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, juices. Faster to ask for more towels at front desk than wait for them to bring it to our room."

"The hotel was very clean. Staff was nice. There is no elevator for those that can’t do stairs. However the stairs are small enough that it is not difficult I wish that they had soap that was bigger than a dime and even a box of tissue wouid be nice. "
