"Workers have low English proficiency . There was a challenge when trying to communicate with some of the workers. Although the reception and all other things were generally ok.They must improve in this regard. Some workers are good but only the one that I communicated with when I left the place"

"I have stayed at/visited several hotels in Gaborone, some of which might be classed as more "high end". The Travelodge compares with and often surpasses mostnof them. The rooms are large, comfortable and impeccably clean (as is the whole hotel). Dinning options are good but the real gem is the quality and friendliness of the staff throughout, from reception to housekeeping to dinning/bar staff. Clearly led by a friendly and dedicated GM. Highly recommended!"

"I absolutely loved the staff at this hotel. My AC wasn’t working in my first room on arrival, but they changed my room and gave me an upgraded room/suite. Things may not always go right, but they corrected it immediately. I look out for these little things. Thanks to the entire team here. "
