"Helpful staff, via messaging / whatsapp. Clean tidy room. Fab views of crashing waves as next to sea front. 3rd floor but lift to use. Saturdays after 2pm and all day Sunday is FREE parking on front, which saves $$ on parking fees. Right in centre of Napier. Some loud folk at 2am outside, but closed window and it was better. Highly recommend and would stay agsin."
