"The employees of the hotel were very nice and polite. However, there were some issues with this hotel. First, the refrigerator didn't work - the door was hot to the touch. Second, the hot water in the shower kept cutting out, and it stopped working altogether. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but it was satisfactory for a simple breakfast. The room was a bit dark. Overall, the hotel wasn't that bad, but next time, if we stay in Bandung, I think we will stay somewhere else. 3/5"

"Room small with dated bedding. Bathroom need improvement. Buffet breakfast only basic. Only 1 lift available. "

"Our room was not ready when we arrived at 21:30, so we had to wait almost 10 minutes. We weren't walk-in guest, so they should've prepared the room for our arrival, especially at night. Otherwise, the room was clean, but had no window."

"Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. The WiFi was excellent and the staff were all amazing. The buffet breakfast was well stocked at all times and included plenty of variety of Indonesian foods. The rooftop Sky Bar afforded great views, happy hour was enjoyable and the food on offer was tasty, although pizza, pasta and burgers are not our preference.
