"Wunderschönes Hotel, tolle Lage, nette und sehr engagierte Mitarbeiter. Leider war im Bad massiv Schimmel an der Decke über der Dusche. Das wurde zwar - nachdem wir es gemeldet hatten - versucht zu entfernen, Reste blieben jedoch erhalten und durch die Reinigung stank das gesamte Zimmer anschließend sehr nach Chlor (was zu Atemproblemen führte, ich bin Asthmatikerin). Dennoch - der Versuch war da und das ist viel Wert. Daher: Service absolut super!"

"Great location! We visited San Antonio se Padua church, the botanical garden and the plaza. It has limited lobby hours so be careful with that. We plan accordingly and everything went smooth"

"The breakfast spread is amazing, and the staff were not only well versed in multiple languages, but were more than happy to help out with arrival timing, tips for navigating Padua, and any other trifles we brought their way, with our group of four and copious amounts of luggage. "The apartment was clean, the check-in process was easy, and the place was easy to find. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, and considering the price, everything was really good and met our expectations. The only small downside was the check-in time. Check-in is strictly at 3:00 PM, and since we arrived about 10 minutes earlier, we had to wait outside until exactly 3:00 to access the code. As there is no front desk or staff on site, it would be great if there could be a bit more flexibility in...
