"Lovely hotel and a friendly welcome by the owners. Some small issues arose which we were not affected by, but we were always kept informed. Sadly, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast due to a bereavement in the family but am looking forward to it on our next visit. Thank you and here's hoping to come back soon. "

"We had an amazing stay here! They have EV chargers for electric vehicles. We wanted to start a fire in our fire pit and they had buckets of wood, tinder, and lighters ready to go! The hammock outside our Lushna Cabin Suite was so relaxing. The cabin felt private and was perfectly comfortable. The one thing we felt nervous about when booking was the bed loft and there was nothing to worry about. Plenty of head clearance and the bed and sheets were extremely comfortable. "This is a lovely European style bed and breakfast run by lovely Agnes and her delightful husband. Clean and comfortable, with beautiful grounds in a picturesque high valley of the northern Catskills between Windham High Peak and Thomas Cole Montains. Our breakfast was delicious blueberry pancakes and great chats with the owner/operators and fellow guests. A great experience!"

"My stay at Black Bear Lodge was great. The room was comfortable and clean and contained everything I needed. The shower was great - no waiting for hot water! The location was quiet and convenient. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was perfect - coffee, tea, cereal, muffins, croissants, etc. Check in and out was simple. And the price I paid was very reasonable. I hope to stay there again!"
