Once we got to our location (very peaceful and beautiful countryside property), we drove through the automated gate, and Mariella met us at our car. Check in was very quick, we were shown our room which is found in a beautiful house, where everything is new and very clean! We were given our room keys and keys to the gate. Our room was exactly how it looked in...

The location is excellent—we walked just 5 minutes to the Basilica of Santa Maria. For halal food, Alo Ali Kebab shop is right across the road, and for non-Muslims there are plenty of highly rated restaurants nearby. The housekeeper, Joy, was amazing—we already miss her! Special thanks to Diletta, you truly are my lifesaver. We will definitely stay here...

"We stayed here for 2 nights. Room normal to small size, very clean and comfortable. Hosts amazing - it is more like B&B. Huge breakfast. And good parking. If you have a car - that’s your option. Driving to the city center takes 7 minutes (to payed parking)"

"This was a terrific Country Inn with a beautiful garden area, pool and veranda overlooking the beautiful Italian countryside. We didn't know that their restaurant closed Sept. 14 for the season but we enjoyed dinners in the nearby city of Perugia."

"It is a very, very nice hotel. The location is excellent because it is across the street from the train and bus stations. It is lovely and quiet on the inside, parking is easy and driving to supermarkets or laundromat is easy. Bus to Assisi is very convenient. Food is good. "
