"Everything about my stay was wonderful. It’s in a great central location that makes getting around Sydney a breeze. Plenty of food options and a grocery store within a few minutes walk from the hotel. "
"Can highly recommend right in the heart of Kings Cross and Potts Point – close to all the area has to offer. Stayed in a double balcony room which was perfect and enjoyable. Five out of five stars and a great place to stay while in Sydney."
"The male staff member on was extremely helpful and polite (even for an early check in ) when checking in and the hotel was tucked away down a quieter street in kings cross been here twice now and would always recommend."
"Great hotel, especially with its amazing staff and ideal location (close to great restaurants and Kings Cross metro station). The bed is super comfortable. My room is a bit on the darker side, but it’s also quiet. "
"Great location. Lovely old building. Really spacious room. Perfect for the three of us. Made great use of the kitchen facilities. Welcoming staff. All you could need!"
"The staff here really are fantastic and are eager to help. The room is basic but it is comfortable. The duvet does however need replacing as the new white sheets exposed the scarily yellow and stained duvet, hence why I can't give this review 5 stars. "
"We took the room with harbor view, and it was amazing.
The small kitchen is not fancy, but it has everything to quickly cook/prepare some food. It is pretty convenient, because the grocery store is located across the street."
"Hotel is perfectly positioned for an east walk to local restaurants or nightlife in Kings Cross. We had an amazing view from 22nd floor of Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House.
Would definitely stay again at this hotel which was great value for money"

"The room was very clean, and the staff did a great job cleaning the room. The location was great, just a short walk to Museum station. We enjoyed our stay, and we would certainly stay again when we next are in Sydney."

"Really excellent location to explore Sydney on foot. Metro station almost opposite to get you into central and beyond!
Staff were great and the food in the grill bar upstairs was some of the best I ate in Sydney.
All round, a little gem in the city"

Elizabeth Bay is home to El Alamein Fountain, so why not stop by during your stay in Sydney. Hotels.com travelers also say the area is artsy and has lots of nice beaches. Sydney has lots of other big landmarks you might want to see such as Sydney Harbour Bridge.
If you want to see a show while you're in town, try and grab some tickets at Hayes Theatre in Elizabeth Bay. Hotels.com travelers also say the area is artsy and has lots of nice beaches. If you enjoy the show and want to see another, Sydney Opera House, Theatre Royal, and Metro Theatre are not far.
Beautiful hotel, with superb service (with one exception). The physical beauty of this hotel brings the beauty of the sandstone exteriors to life with interiors which are more than a match. The staff revel in all the material the hotel designers and resident historian and forager have given them to play with. Breakfast and dinner in the Brasserie are superb and the rooms are very large and lush. The hotel is still ramping up and keeping up the personal level of service will be a challenge but...
Good hotel. In the middle of city and close to Red District, yet in a quiet location. That is an amazing feature. Everything is fantastic about it, except that the rooms are not totally noise proof. You can overhear loud noises or voices.
This hotel is in a neighborhood outside the tourist areas but near restaurants and night time activities. It's on the cutest little tree lined street with historic buildings. It's a gem. The hotel staff are very welcoming and always greet you with a smile. It's not like a hotel but more like staying with family friends in terms of welcome. The rooms are super comfortable and spacious with great amenities you expect at hotels but more. Like little details such as free fruits, granola mix, and...
my son Leonardo stayed for many days at the hotel, and was very well treated, highly praised the location, the accommodations and especially the entire staff. He really loved the place.
The best part about this hotel is its central location. Kings Cross might not be the BEST area in Sydney, but the fact that you're 1-2 train stops from anywhere is perfect for any tourists. I think the hotel is great for people looking to spend as little time as possible in their room. The single room I had was quite small, but had all the amenities I needed (besides a microwave). The bed takes up most of the room, with a small 3/4 bathroom, a desk, and a cabinet with ironing board, storage, and...
The staff was exceptional!!! They were extremely helpful and friendly. I travel a lot and I would rate the staff at this hotel the best I have ever experienced. My son and I traveled from the USA and were not familiar with the area and the reception staff went way beyond expectations to help us. The breakfast staff(2 sisters) were awesome! They were constantly replacing food and drink items as needed and always available. Wish we had this excellent service in the USA!
I must say I was skeptical going into this apartment kind of hotel stay, but was so relieved that I experienced the Meriton Chatswood. Hotel staff upon arrival was great. My accommodations was more than I expected. It was like I was at home with all the amenities of home at my fingertips. You can cook and access all needs that are required to cook. I was able to laundry all my clothes from our previous destinations, which made it much easier to travel without the dirt laundry. I would love...
The staffs were nice and helpful. Elevator was out of service but the staffs offered to carry my luggage up and down the stairs which were very helpful. The building was built in 1911 which I experienced the table lamps on both right and left went off and back on few times . I checked the light bulbs and electrical outlets seem fine. Hopefully it wasn’t a haunted building as my friends tried to scare or tease me. Lol
Otherwise the great convenient location had me extended my stay for 2...
