Location decent although some dodgy places close by but I suppose that’s Germany now. Staff were polite and helpful. If I were ever going to Frankfurt again I would stay there again. "Great Italian restaurant 2 mins walk. Close to shopping and landmarks within 20 mins. Red light district next door but was not a problem. Parking was easy. Comfortable bed and linen. I really liked having a bath tub. "

"The "loft" style of the room was awesome!! In a quiet neighborhood but within five minute walk to the main shopping area Ziel. It's not crazy like the area near the Hauptbahnhof (main train station) but civilized and the restaurant attached to the hotel is resonable with great tasting food and great service."

"Don’t be deceived by the fact that the rebates around the train station isn’t the nicest part of Frankfurt. The Townhouse hotel was modern, clean and very well upkept. My room was spotless and modern. It is a few steps from the train station - an ideal location if you will take day trips to other areas of Germany. "It’s an amazing place to stay in Frankfurt. It’s close to the train station and to the Old Town. The room is impeccable! You have a small kitchen equipped with everything you need. It feels like home. We had a small hiccup- somehow didn’t receive an email with an electronic key to the room, we called the number, which was provided on the door and in 10 minutes the key was delivered in person to us. "I stay here every year for Frankfurt Book Fair, and it's always superb. Rooms are modern, beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Plus, the breakfast buffet is top-notch, with many hot and cold options. It's a short ride on the local trolley to the Festehalle, and you need only walk around the corner to catch the trolley. The neighborhood around the train station is a bit sketchy, but the hotel is out of the sketchy zone. I recommend this hotel highly!"
