"Imposing building recently renovated steeped in history. Room was very spacious overlooking the Berlin TV Tower. Check in was easy, welcoming as was the superb room we had. Breakfast is first class and we enjoyed it twice. Check-out went smoothly too and they held our bags so we Could do more touring of Berlin. Will be our go-to hotel for all things Berlin in future."

"Interesting hotel in Berlin - just north of check point charlie and just south of the shopping district. Brandenburg gate and museum island are easily walkable so you can get to most of the tourist attractions easily. Great place to stay for a first visit to Berlin."

Fully matches the description. Very convenient location — about a 10-minute walk to Alexanderplatz. Small shops, cafes, and bakeries are nearby. The apartment is quiet with good sound insulation, even though some windows face a busy street. Suitable for families with children. Recommended."
