"Perfect location! Easy walking distance for meals. Easy access to Aldi grocery store. Safe. Fantastic giant, cold, and refreshing water in lobby loaded with fresh cut fruit that alternated daily. The complimentary breakfast was the best! The yogurt bar at breakfast was phenomenal. Staff was supportive and kind. I loved swimming in the indoor swimming pool. I strongly recommend! I would love to return!!!"

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great. Thanksgiving Square is across the street. DART is across the street the other way. There were plenty of restaurants, 7 elevens, and things to do and see within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. All of the staff were so friendly. I like that the elevator required a key card and that staff were outside of the property at all times. That really gave a sense of security. I would definitely stay...

"The property was as shown in the listing. Very pet friendly as well as business friendly. It was in an excellent location-market, grocery store, salon, restaurants, coffee shop and massage therapist within 1 mile (easy walk). Beautiful park around the corner 2 blocks away. The onsite laundry was convenient to have since i was there for a month. I do have some suggestions I will follow up directly with the property on. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Had a one night stay to see a show in Deep Elum. I was by myself and stayed in the "the smallest room in Dallas". It was small, but clean and comfortable. I liked the easy walk to the downtown. Parking across the street in an open lot was just over $11. I would have preferred covered parking, but it worked out and was very convenient. "

"Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. Monarch restaurant was amazing as well enjoy the view and food. We stayed for my spouse’s bday I mentioned that to them and they upgraded us to a junior suite complimentary. Grounds clean. Staff friendly. Recommend it."
