"Has to be one of my favorite stays ever, Staff (Asala and Mahmoud), the courtesy of every individual at the reception, the service and recommendations on things to do, the rooms, everything was top notch. Great quality of food at the Nauri restaurant as well, the recommendation (by Yahya) and even the drinks served were amazing. If there’s some hotel that I would come back in Cairo, it would be here! "The room was clean, the water pressure was excellent, the staff was kind and attentive especially with laundry. We stayed for 2 weeks and never once had an issue, in fact this hotel was our home base as we explored all over Egypt. I will be staying at the Swiss Inn Nile again when I return to Cairo."

"I came in late night, there was no front desk service but I was accommodated. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The sheets were used and had not been changed, but no one was available at that time to change them. We covered the bed with a comforter that was in the closet, hoping that it was clean. We wanted to switch from the residence to the actual hotel but already paid and would have wasted our money. But Omar was great, he was very helpful when he was working his shift."

"It was very bad experience. It's nothing lik pic the carpet are really dirty the room super tiny the AC is not working the property is so old in everything furniture bedding. No shower gel or shampoo. The fridge is empty even no water bottles. i don't advise anyone to try it "

"Expedia does not even have a contract with this hotel! We arrived at 2:00 in the morning to no room and ended up walking around Cairo in the middle of the night until we could find another hotel ourselves. "
