"I really like the big pool in Manor 2. It is on the high floor and I can use it (not as other apartment, the shorterm customer cannot use swimming pool and gym). It is a big plus for the one who would like to swim everyday as me. Manor is the building with few people, not noise as in Vinhome. The room is so nice, beautiful.

"the owner never contacted us with how to check in. The phone number given was not in service. The booking should state that you cant book the same day because the confirmation email stated that you needed to coordinate 24 hours in advance. We texted, messaged through expedia, called the number that didn't work and Expedia helped us with nothing. We were stuck on the side of the road with no place to stay after a really long day of travel. "

They never come and clean the place, gave us 4 towers for 4 people for the 11 days stayed, the money that that collected was not stated on rental agreement, when asked why they said that their company policy. Some how it is happen every time I stayed there, they alway cancel your your reservation 1 week or the previous time was one day before you arrival so if you want to stay there you have to pay higher price, luckily this...
