"Value for money, simple and comfy, walking distance to some nice eateries, banks and grocery. The only bad experience was the exposure of secondhand smoke from a room on the same level I stayed. "

"Maybe can provide kettle for hot water in the room "

"Bathroom dirty and smelly"

"The room was okay overall, but there was still a greasy smell, likely because it had not been used for a long time. On the plus side, the location was very convenient, with shops nearby and easy access to MMU University, which was especially helpful for settling in family members."

"I love everything ab this hotel. I even extended my stay fr 1 day to 2. The staff were very approachable and quick in action. The reception even offered me an upgrade with a breakfast voucher. I was so touched by their concern. The room was so clean, spacious, well-lighted, and most importantly, so wangi! This included the bathroom. Such a pleasant experience!"

"The hotel feel quiet scary for first timer."

"Nice hotel - clean room - great breakfast. Nice café with good coffee."

"Convenient but facilities inside the room like air conditioning filled with dirt particles and dusty, wash basin was filthy on the edges.. "

"Not bad for an old hotel. Rooms are clean and the staff are pleasant and helpful."

"The hotel is well-situated near some quaint coffee shops & sarabat shops with authentic Malaysian food. 😋😋 There’re stalls which open at night too. The hotel staff are all cheery & very helpful. I had called Housekeeping for an extra firm pillow & it was delivered in less than 10 minutes. 💫 Breakfast is also excellent with a wide variety & it is of good quality as well. The laksa is a must-try!! ❤️‍🔥 All in all, a wonderful stay here!! 🤩Highly recommended!! 💞"

"朝食が、とても良かったです 観光に行きやすい立地 部屋も広くて大満足"

"A basic hotel with clean and rather spacious rooms. It’s good to have a car as the hotel is not very near the malls, but there are nearby restaurants and kiosks for convenience. Overall, a decent and comfortable stay."

"中心から近い場所にあり、観光に便利です。 ホテルスタッフも対応が良く、 午前中に到着したのに、気軽に荷物を預かってくれました。"

"CK Hotel is an excellent budget option in Malacca. The hotel and room were very clean, a short 8 minutes to the historical center, and a 15 min Grab/taxi to the bus terminal for only 7rm. There was a filter water station on every floor which was very convenient. Would stay again without hesitation. "

"Location is convenient for going any where else in Malacca"

" good location "

"Property is abit rundown. But the water park is the best ever for my kids. So many slides. I got one free ticket for the water park, courtesy of the hotel staff. Location wise, the hotel is very near to the highway exit but abit far from Melaka town. Will definitely visit again."
