"Check in was not so easy as no information was provided on where to go and whom to call. Booking was made same day as arrival and I had to use video call to a digital reception to do the payment and get keys. The whole process took one hour, which is way too long. The room was fine. I had a very loud neighbour but was offered a change of the room next day which solved the issue. Overall I recommend this property for short stay. "
