"The owner and staff were always easily accessible, knowledgeable and helpful. Quiet relaxed atmosphere 10 minutes by train from the old historic part of Lucerne and the train was free. My room looked out over horse pastures which was a great departure for the crowed noisy streets of downtown areas. The chef had over 40 years of experience and the dinners he prepared were delicious.
