"This mountaintop venue above the clouds is extraordinary. The only way to arrive here is through the cog-rail train or the gondola. The crowds without hotel reservations are there only during the day but leave on the last trip down around 5:30 so the mornings and evenings are quiet. Hiking trails abound. The restaurant serves excellent food. The rooms are basic but clean and with everything you need. "

Service was good and gave an overview of sights in town and the bus service. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent - reasonably priced (compared to area and country), great quality and excellent portion sizes. Loved the “game” menu with local dishes. "
