"We loved our stay at this hotel. We had the family junior suite which was plenty of room for the four of us. The hotel is in a very lively location. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, was close to the river and not a far walk from all of the tourist spots. Was directly across the street from the bus stop to take you to Mt. Pilatus. The front desk staff was lovely and my kids loved the fun decor and the free photo booth!"

The staff made extra effort to find parking with their sister hotel. Even did valet service for us by, as we found out at checkout, the GM Marc himself! What a wonderful hotel! "Nice and simple if you're just needing somewhere to sleep at night. Very clean and comfortable. The fridge being restocked daily for free (water, soda and beer) was an excellent touch, also some snacks on arrival. Check in was very easy, I actually didn't see a single member of staff during my stay, they were definitely there, I just didn't see them since I was gone all day. The staff were all friendly and helpful especially Ekaterina who helped us to get our lost luggage from the airline. She was very communicative throughout the process.
