The staff were so helpful. A very clean hotel with fantastic access to the public ferry or private ferry from the hotel to Miyajima Island. Fun activities for the kids at the hotel. Great food. Great value.
It's an awesome property. My wife and I bring visiting family when they come to see us, we always stay at this hotel and enjoy this beautiful little town.
Amazing hotel. Categorized as 3-star but lives up to 5-star reputation. Brand new. Elegant Japanese design. Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent service. Just across from the ferry port that takes you to Miyajima island. Might be a bit far from central Hiroshima, but its advantages outweigh this single disadvantage. Very much recommend!
The first impression wasn't good. The woman at the reception definitely wasn't used to talk to non japanese persons. She just mumbled bare understandable single words, instead of using full sentences. And this even when I talked to here in japanese all the time.
The service during breakfast also wasn't very polite.
Other than that, the hotel was excellent
For me this place is home away from home since I have family close by. It offers everything I need for a short or long term stay. Best of all, communication is very thorough with the proprietors.
Great location steps away from the ferry terminal. Apartment was huge and clean. Beds were super comfortable. There’s a kitchen and a wash machine if you need it. We would stay again here in a heartbeat.
Excellent service, great facilities, restful stay. I cannot recommend this location of Green Rich highly enough. We arrived around 6PM with a tired baby, and check in was smooth and friendly. We were grateful to be able to upgrade to a larger room, and the pillow selection (available to all rooms by selecting a memory foam or comfort pillow from the hallway shelves) was a nice touch.

The location is ideal as it is directly across the street from the ferry. The shopping street and the famous Itsukushima Shrine is just a short walk away.
I stayed in a room that had the bed in an upstairs loft. Things to consider if you book this room are the stairs are pretty steep and it’s not a small flight of stairs. The shower is separate from the toilet. The shower opens up to the hallway In the room, there is no separate area to change in privacy.
