"We are a family of 4, booked the executive suite with sea view, highly recommended. The receptionist was very kind to give a late check out until 3pm. The hotel is great, some parts are wear and tear but value for money I’d definitely reccomend. The private beach to the dead sea is awesome. "

"The room was big and quite comfortable with a big comfortable bed with bed sheets, and 2 sofas, small table and refrigerator. However the cleanliness of the room was poor, the furniture were old and used. The kettle did not work, there was no mirror in the bathroom. Hotel is far from the sea, and main road and located in the lonely place. No regular parking near hotel. The air conditioning had a fault and the temperature could not be adjusted. We spent there 1 night, so we could turn a blind eye...

"First off when we arrived around 11:20 am The place wasn’t ready for checking in , we had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes… After we checked in come to find out that the pool was not clean , hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while , green mold that clearly and visibly on the pool floor , kitchen had no coffee and tea pot to use , very basic kitchen supplies provided, in the bathrooms there was only 3 towels , no cleaning supplies to clean with , bed sheets and blankets were all dust and sand ,...

"Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out."
