"By far this is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. I had to switch rooms because the mattress pad in the room I was originally put in had debri and hair all over it. Housekeeping wasnt available to change the bedding so they made me move rooms. The 2nd room was no better. The sheets, mattress pad, and mattress cover all had huge disgusting stains on them. "

"Rooms on bottom floor get to listen to the click clack of wheels across tile. Laundry room is located in the middle of rooms and cleaning staff is very loud. NOT conducive to rest. Continental breakfast is a joke and coffee is WEAK. "

"We visited shortly after the "Grand Opening," but the property felt incomplete. Our room had unpainted drywall on the ceiling and unfinished wood trim. Functional details were also missing: there were no outlets near the desk for a laptop or the provided lamp, no in-room coffee machine, and no wine opener available at the room bar or front desk. The check-in process was frustrating. Despite a 9:00 PM door-lock policy, no one was watching for our arrival as promised. We had to call the front desk while parked out front, which led to a confusing encounter with a local police officer regarding our car. Be aware that you must self-park in a downtown garage, and there is no luggage assistance. Furthermore, the staff mistakenly told me my card was declined for the deposit, only to realize they were trying to run an internal Expedia virtual card instead of mine. On the positive side, the location is perfect for walking to everything downtown. Once you look past the construction issues, the design and finishes are high-quality. The property has immense potential, but the management needs to iron out these significant operational and finishing hurdles."
