"Our room was very clean and well located. Best view of ocean on forth floor. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Area was safe a quiet very close to ocean. Breakfast was fine and could use more refill and service with the amount of guests. Swimming pool is just good for kids. Very small and crowded. The town sleeps early and not attractive but miles of beautiful ocean shore that you can drive on it is mesmerizing "

"If you’re okay suffering through the accommodations simply for the location, well the location is great! BUT it honestly doesn’t make up for the extremely strong mold/mildew, last update was maybe in the 70’s. Do not drink/even brush teeth with the water, you can tell it comes from rusty pipes as the water bleeds red. Tv has 4 Chanel’s, when the stars align. Who knows when new pillows/mattress updated, I cringe to think…we checked in because of the rating, but upon looking at the room, we were both ready to leave, but nothing near was open. Should have slept in the car, hair on bathroom floor and in shower. Only redeemable quality was view of the lake, but even in that, there wasn’t extra bonuses from the resort. And despite what they “recommend” eat at the Quinault Lodge. Food is excellent"

"This is a pretty worn hotel. Everything in the room worked - once we got a replacement light bulb from the front desk. We got a good night's sleep."

"The hotel is a staple in history and well maintained. Dinning facility was lovely with a fantastic view and food delicious. Don’t expect modern features because this is not a new or remodeled hotel with modern amenities, it’s a piece of history by itself for an amazing and relaxing stay."

"Parking is a joke. The rooms are hodge posted together. The hot tub room is laughable. The “hot tub” is a big bathtub with whirlpools the water came out brown and the jet covers popped off. The mirrors around the hot tub were broken and shattered the steps were high and it was pretty dangerous. "

"Was a great size room for our family of four. Much better than your normal 2 queen bed room. The pool was so cold, I couldn’t make my self get in. The hot tub was great as well as the sauna. "

"The bed was great and a clean. The shower head was a little short since I am 6’2. Easy check in and check out."

"We reserved the Junior Suite on Hotels.com which stated two queen beds with a pull out couch. We checked in and the room they gave us had no pull out. They tried to charge us more stating that the Junior Suite on their website doesn't include a pull out couch bed. We were finally given a new room with a pull out couch and eventually tried to pull it out to make the bed and the couch bed was broken and the worker who came to the room couldn't fix it. We were unable to use the bed. We brought up the issue at checkout and the front desk spoke with the "manager" and they informed us that we could not get a discount even though we paid for the pull out couch and couldn't use. My husband stated his displeasure to the front desk worker who replied "Oh well". We enjoyed the hotel in the past but will look at different venue in the future. Front desk workers who were helpful and friendly were Jamie and Raven."
