"La experiencia que tuve fue muy buena, la ubicación del hotel es excelente, prácticamente a lado de la I-5, por lo que llegar y salir de la zona fue muy sencillo y ágil.
La zona es segura, no tuve ningún inconveniente y me sentí tranquilo todo el tiempo que estuve hospedado.
El estacionamiento es amplio, por lo que nunca tuve problemas en estacionar mi auto.
El desayuno es bueno y variado, tampoco tuve ningún problema con ese tema.
Uno de los elevadores estaba en remodelación, pero sinceramente...

"The people at the reseption was friendly and had a good costumer service, but the room was not what I had reserved, plus the shower was dirty with lot of red spots on the floor what appeared to be blood., and the toilet had marks of urine
The next morning I complained and we got transferred to a new room that was clean wich it was nice of them.
About 4 hours after we left, I got a call from the manager accusing us of stealing something from the room wich it was shocking to hear that., we had...

But From the moment i arrived, and the owner greeted me with a smile in the parking lot and walked me into the office, i was instantly knew i made the right choice!
Checking in was quick and simple. She was very helpful and informative. She answered any questions without me needing to ask them. I could tell that its important to her that her guests enjoy their stay. She was very sweet and kind.

"Shiny is a family run operation. The property is older and the owners are making improvements. The room was super clean and the foam beds are new and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pavilion where a fire pit exists. The towels were the best we have used in some time. They shared some of their plants with the wife for her garden. We would recommend Shiny and would stay there again. No breakfast, but that is within 5 miles (Denny's, etc.) Very quiet. It is nice to patronize people who...
