Brand new hotel and in good condition. No elevator. In a noisy area next to a noisy night club. However, we asked for a room at higher floor, room 205 and it was OK, slight disco noise. Excellent value for the money, can't complain for the $25 per night it cost us. Walking distance of ferry and bus terminal. Nice Indian restaurant nearby. We stayed for 2 nights and would stay here again. The room barely fits the queen size bed and a small desk. Bathroom is OK. If sensitive to noise, ask for...
