The room was smaller, which wasn't a huge deal given that it was really just to sleep and shower in with maybe some down time in between. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted and given the key to my room, as well as advised of where it was located. Fantastic hotel with very helpful staff. In room we found a personalized welcome note, delicious nibbles from their bakery and refreshing bottles of water. The room had a view of the lake …also a plus. Restaurant and room service was absolutely top notch. We will stop again.
The young woman at the reservation desk who greeted us was lovely and helpful. Her suggestions for the day and where to have lunch in Arona were most enjoyable. In the evening, a gentleman at the desk directed us to a restaurant nearer the hotel for dinner, not near the lake. Our fault for not being specific. All in all, a good choice for a close location to the airport.
