5 Star Hotels in Palm Beach

This was our second time visiting JOIA and it was an excellent stay like the first time, which is why we returned. We had a minor inconvenience on our third day but one of the managers Mariana went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We were truly appreciative and thankful for the level of service she provided.

The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba is, overall, an excellent hotel. It is aesthetically pleasing, on a lovely stretch of beach, and with many fine qualities. Service, especially Front Desk and Concierge, is outstanding. Housekeeping is to be commended on how clean they keep everything, which is not easy as a beach property. Preferred Club was Amazing. Our Butler Anthony and the Restaurant Manager Victor deserve highest compliments for making our experience amazing. All of the staff was exceptional! The property is absolutely beautiful as well!
