"The room was beautiful, so unique and i loved the 'old castle' feel about the manor. The room service ladies were lovely and helpful. There was attention to detail with the products/brands supplied in the room, such as T2, Nespresso coffee machine & pods, well stocked mini fridge & breakfast foods, i even loved the meal bowls!
And in the bathroom the handwash & shower/hair care products were beautiful.
I thought a lot of care had gone into these little things, which made a big difference...

We’ve stayed a few times previously in different room types, but this one was definitely my favourite so far. Dinner in Knots was very enjoyable. We will definitely be back again! "

Also a note on the cleaners, they are so friendly, happy to chat on the way in/out and eager to help. The restaurant down stairs has become a favourite with the pasta deal night (entree, pasta and wine or beer). Being across from the TTP shopping centre is so convenient, we walk across so no issues with finding a park there! "

"This is our happy place in Adelaide, where we come about twice a year to see our family there. It is so convenient and as pensioners we get free off peak travel on trams, trains and buses, just register at the tourist information centre.
The staff at Oaks are so obliging. Our washer/dryer decided not to dry the clothes so they offered to do any laundry for me. I was able to wash clothes and they dried them for me. Nothing is ever a problem.
