"Very nice view and nice apartment. Elie was friendly and provided immediate help for check in. The apartment however was very dirty, dust was everywhere, we couldn't even walk on the floor without feeling all the dust everywhere and on surfaces. The beds were very uncomfortable and made noise every time we made a small move or sat on them. No ACs in the flat is an issue in the summer for sure.

"Property was in a great location with large pool and direct access to ocean. Great music and DJ. The restaurant adjacent was excellent. The rooms were updated well with a great view.
However the staff needs more training they could not answer basic questions, they did not tell us about the property, any amenities or direction.( ie: the pool staff bar told us we could not charge to our room and had to pay cash) Our room was not ready, we waited well past check in time. "The place is nice, the balcony is the best part but there were some very basic, fixable issues: 1. there was no hot water. 2. The safe was broken (they said every safe in the hotel was broken). 3. They didn't even stock toilet paper (and there was not shatafa also... But for the price and location it's a nice place if you want to be in Mar Mikhail. "

"I arrived to the airport around 01:40am. Ease to get to the accommodation. Location on maps a bit off, but I received good help from staff at Duroy Hotel nearby. The Nightmanager at Universal Residence could not find my booking but found a room for me. That was around 02:20am. I checked out at 09:00am where the issue had been solved in the meantime. The accommodation could do with some maintenance, but the bed was fine and room nicely furnished. "
