"El hotel está muy bien, es el hotel más nuevo de la isla, y está al lado del embarcadero, por lo que no tienes que pasear las maletas por la arena. La única pega que le pongo es que desapareció una chaqueta de la habitación. Era una chaqueta blanca de punto, y quiero pensar que se la llevarían sin darse cuenta en el cambio de toallas. Pregunté en recepción pero no la encontraron."

"It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...

"i'm very disappointed because the hotel did not receive my booking even though been confirmed by expedia. i have waited for an hour before the problem can be resolved. some more i got a smaller room (downgrade) from 2 + 1 bed which i book earlier (1 month early) to double bed for the same amount i paid. i should be compensated for the trouble."
