Restaurant Staff (Minaketan, Bikash, Rakesh, Surmi, and Deepak) were professional, courteous, flexible, attentive, displayed positive attitude and good communication skill.

"I recently stayed three weeks at the Pushpak Hotel, the first week with my wife, the last two weeks alone. It is centrally located, near the museum and govt offices, with both veg and non-veg restaurants in the hotel and in easy walking distance. The bed was comfortable and The room was spacious, clean, and well attended. The staff went out of their way to be supportive, including arranging a room for video interview at no additional cost. Highly recommended at the cost. "

"Room service was not good.After calling for several times they finally changed bedsheets and cleaned the room.Food was very very oily and spicy.Even after telling the food service person over phone to send less spicy food,they send us same spicy food which we are with great difficulty.Also I booked deluxe room with complementary breakfast,but while check in at hotel,the reception told,it's booked without complementary breakfast,how is it possible."

"Great hotel. Not too far from Temple's. Staff very helpful and gave taxi details for day trip to Konark Temple and Puri INR3500. We didn't have breakfast at hotel but went to local area. Walking distance to PVR. Would highly recommend it. Only issue is geezer hot water."

"Dinner wasn’t kept inspite of requesting early , and didn’t respond to calls regarding my delayed flight. Had to check in at midnight and checked out at 8 am( on request- their check out time is 7 am) . Disappointed "

"They gave us a room in the old building and it looks like the old building is not maintained well. Tiles were broken, hanging electric wires, greasy sofa, rusted fridge. All the worst thing someone would like to see in a hotel. not even worth paying 2000 for these kind of rooms. Disgusted. "

We paid in advance for Room and full Breakfast and Dinner, but they directed to Room services who said it will be charged. then after lot of convincing and then agreeing to the fact that the payment has been already made they started saying you can only have Rs.400 as food for two persons, Where as we paid more than Rs. 3500 for Room and Food for one...
