"Steve is a great host. He was quick to share lots of information and answered all our questions as first-timers to beautiful Margaret River country. The rooms and grounds are first-rate. Downtown shopping and restaurants are a short walk, but Edge of the Forest is really in the edge of the forest. We loved our stay and hope to return."

"We were heading to Margaret River to follow our footy team and decided to make a long weekend of it and stay for a couple of nights.
The weather was wet and very cold, but the Grande Escape turned out to be an excellent spot to stay. Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious, comfortable and warm, with very comfy beds.

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is well located, a stone’s throw away from the Main Street. Our accommodation was spacious, well equipped and faces a park (nice!) And the spa bath was amazing! The weather happened to be very hot, so the front room was quite stuffy but very quickly, a fan appeared! Thank you. "

"Very spacious studio, comfortable bed, access to free laundry with washingmachine and dryer. , and extra linen, and kitchen/bathroom needs. Central to shops and dining. Doona bedding is personally too hot for me. A light cotton blanket as another option would be good."

"I loved our stay and was so impressed with the size of the room, the comfy bed, the awesome facilities in the room, the balcony, all of it! Will definitely be back again. However, unfortunately I do feel I need to mention a couple of disappointing factors which I only mention on here so attention is brought to it & dealt with. We couldn’t sleep on the king bed’s pillows because they smelt really badly of sweaty, dirty heads ! The pillow slips were clean but when I took them off to try and work...
