Beds are too short, some things are broken (like the water pipes)
Anyhow, if you manage to fix this minor issues, it is a 5* experience

"Our stay was incredible. Desmond, our guide, gave us some incredible sights and we were really lucky to see 4 out of the big 5 alongside various other interesting animals.
The reserve is vast and there is plenty to see, the fact that there are various lodges across the reserve means even if you have a fairly quiet hotel, there are plenty of rangers out doing drives which helps your chances of animals being spotted and your ranger making their way there.
The accomodation is lovely, a perfect room...

"Everything was fantastic, we stayed in Bayethe and the rooms were huge, well stocked and beautiful. The service from the Rangers, the housekeepers, The Lodge staff were all amazing too. All the meals in The Lodge were high quality and delicious. Lots of food, drink and amazing safari experience! "

"We stayed at the hotel/Pollards Inn. It is a beautiful place but maybe we will try the Lodges next time as they are actually inside the game area, although they are VERY quiet. This could be made clearer in the bookings. So if you want a bit more activity then stay at the Inn. But if you want less activity and more direct viewing of animals then stay in the Lodges. Both are beautifully decorated, luxurious, and clean. The animal experience was unforgettable. There were excellent and well...
