"Rooms were not clean. There were even brown stains right near the toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom. My reservation listed 3 people staying in the room. But they did not supply enough towels. Early in the morning, house keeping would sometimes not even knock but enter the room…. So we would wake up to someone just barging in. We requested they come back later, but we did ask for more towels right then and there. No one came back to bring the towels. We had to track someone down just to give us towels. Ontop of all that, no one ever came back to clean the room. I had booked 3 nights and in all 3 nights my room was never cleaned, towels never brought, but every morning we were awoke by someone who didn’t knock, saying they were from housekeeping but they didn’t have their supplies with them. I would not stay here again. "

"I enjoyed having the extra space separate from the bed. Not having my coffee maker in my bathroom area. I also enjoyed having some amenities that I could purchase in the lobby. When I arrived I was able to purchase a small amount of Tylenol, for example, without having to drive around looking for a place when I wasn’t feeling well. Quick and efficient check in. I would definitely stay again or recommend to friends or family."

"The King bed was terrible. Every time I turned the bed would creak waking me up. Not something I expected from any La Quinta hotel. The room was very clean. However, one of the elevators was not very clean. seems like someone had a leaky cup of coffee and you saw the drops on the elevator floor and out of the elevator on the first-floor hallway leading to a side exit door. The stains were there all day."

"The front desk Monica was amazing! We had a minor inconvenience and they accommodated us and made sure the rest of our stay was stress free. Would definitely come back. "

"The worst hotel experience ever!! I paid ~$750/night for a room which normally lists for $90/night, marked up for a congress in town. Very unfriendly staff. Room was 1-star level. Brown stains all over the inside of the bathroom door. Gross. I’ve seen bigger soaps in prisons! Staff never left the right number of towels or shampoo. Leaky ceiling on a main hallway with water puddled in a ceramic floor. Staff claiming not to be aware. This hotel should never be offered on Expedia. Despite the scandalous markup on the room, they asked for $50 for early check-in!!"
