"My husband just needed a simple place while in town on a job. He said it everything was very simple but clean. The only major issue they had was when Steph that did not speak English came in at 10:00 a.m. and abruptly woke him up. They proceeded to throw his cup of coffee away that he was still drinking. Check out is at 11:00 not 10 He had asked for a few more minutes together his belongings but they proceeded to strip the room down to clean it. Yes he realizes there was only an hour until check out He had been working late last night and just wanted a little bit more sleep before going back out for the rest of the day."

"My room was 79 degrees. I called and someone was sent up promptly to fix. He came in the room, worked for about 10-15 mins and said it was set. The room did not cool down and it was a terrible nights sleep."
