"We booked a lake view room and were instead placed near a busy bus area with constant noise on level 2. Completely misleading and nowhere near the experience that was advertised. The room itself had multiple maintenance issues that should have been addressed well before check-in. It felt neglected and poorly maintained, which is not what you expect from a property like this. What made things worse was the lack of follow-up. Concerns were raised, but nothing was meaningfully resolved. Communication was minimal and ultimately unhelpful. For a place that markets itself as a resort, the experience fell short across the board — from the room quality to the overall service. Between the noise, the condition of the room, and the disconnect in customer service, I wouldn’t stay here again. If you’re expecting what’s advertised, you may want to consider other options."
