"Breakfast was good and attending staff member was helpful and efficient. Whole property was clean and maintained well. Check-in was fine. As a Hotels.com VIP I received free parking ($5 per night for others - I'm not sure why since it is a private parking lot) but had to return to my car to put a parking pass there AFTER I had come in from the rain with all my bags -- quite a bothersome and unwanted task. They could've asked for my license plate number and recorded it."
