"This was the best property we have ever stayed in! The room was amazing, I've never seen a room with a counter kitchen, pool/jacuzzi was also great and the lady in the front was super sweet, definitely we are coming back here whenever we are in South Bend! "

"Terrible experience, i was given a room with a hole in the main door ( didnt fix the peephole ) , i was offered another room but was occupied! And offered 3rd room and wasn’t cleaned! Terrible experience , cancelled my reservation and got full refund "

"The first room we were assigned was dirty and there was a ton of garbage behind the table in between the beds. The hotel staff was not the most friendliest when checking out. The beds are NOT soft at all!! "

"They should have free breakfast for guest. The hot tubs should've been open. Overall itbwas very nice. "

"Bathroom door wouldn't latch and stay closed. Couch fabric needed to be cleaned (several stains). Duvet cover/comforter needed laundered as the part that folds in front of pillows was dingy from dirty fingers/hands. Room had odd odor throughout. Dirt buildup on shower door at bottom track towards back. Cheap toilet paper, no extra rolls left in bathroom other than a partial and a new small roll. One of single use coffee packs was sealed but empty. Not much of a breakfast selection. "
