"After reading lots of negative reviews, I was worried my room not meeting our expectations. I booked a two bedroom villa. I was pleasantly surprised upon check in that we got our suite in the Ridge Pointe building. The two bedroom villa is a one bedroom suite with full kitchen and a studio combined. The rooms are renovated with a fireplace and washer/dryer in unit. Bathroom toiletries are decent quality Dove products. The balcony overlook the mountain and ski runs. The views are fantastic. Location is wonderful too. It's 2 minute drive to Stagecoach lift or a 10 minute downhill walk. We didn't need to use the shuttle service. We used the sauna and pool table in the building and enjoyed them too. Service was great when we requested additional blankets. Overall we had a perfect stay because of the building that we were luckily assigned to. So I am giving five stars. I just wish this property advertised with the pictures of what you will really get."

"My family really enjoyed the stay here. It was equipped with great food restaurants, bars, Pastries, activities for adults and teens. We bowled, threw axes, and ice skated. We loved the heated pool and then enjoyed relaxing at the fireplace by the hot tubs. On the weekend it was a bit busier and the parking was very far from the property. But I guess it depends a lot on the events that go on at the property. I definitely recommend to stay here. "

"I absolutely love this vintage hotel. It’s so cute and most people have no idea it’s there! With an indoor rooftop pool we had a blast with our daughter. The parking garage was easy to access, though the elevator was out of commission they did allow guests to use the service elevator. They also provided us with a garage clicker to access parking after hours. Within walking distance of everything downtown. The room was clean and had a great view. They also had a pull out bed so our daughter didn’t have to sleep with us. You definitely get the value for your money. "

"Great staff! Very kind and friendly and they gave a free drink to my kiddo the first day we arrived. They probably saw our exhaustion from traveling with a kid in the cold weather lol. I appreciate waking up to a hot cup of Nespresso coffee with a nice view "
