Great place to stay

very nice salted pool

While this resort is beautiful and clean we had a few issues. First, it would have been wonderful to know that they will rent out many of the common areas (pool), restaurants and bars for private events. There was an event just about every night we during our 7 day stay. Some nights we were not able to use the bridge to cross to our villa so we (3 adults, 3 small children) had to walk around extra 4 buildings, other nights we were not able to use the main pool, sports bar or pool side bar. It was stunning and pristine. Very well managed, maintained and extremely clean. Awesome amenities and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I loved it and we’re so glad we chose to stay here for our 25th anniversary.

Very close to universal, walkable locations, and many food options near by!

Clean and comfortable

Everyone from the front desk to maintenance to breakfast staff were kind, caring and truly treated us like family. When we come back to Orlando, we will stay in this hotel. The best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed. Thank you for your hospitality. Plus its conveniently located so close to universal that we could've walked if we wanted to. The free shuttle made it perfect for our trip. There is also plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc. Very close to the hotel.

Clean and friendly staff Loved the pool area

The space was perfect- a bedroom with a very comfortable king sized bed and another bedroom with two twin beds for my boys. The couch in the living room was also very comfortable. The space was very large and having a stacked laundry unit was such a plus.it was easy and convenient to the parks and there are tons of dining options close by as well as a grocery store to stock the full kitchen. Great location, comfortable beds, friendly staff

Cleanest and quietest hotel. Perfect if you want to go to Disney, but not be surrounded by kids.

Everything was great! We had good moments together like a family, the place is beautiful and the facilities are amazing, 5 pools, movie theater, play room and a lot of things to do.

Stayed there on July 31, 2025. Its amazing. The place is quiet, clean and the staff was professional. The $50 deposit required at check in was reversed immediately after checking out. No issues at all. I would recommend this property.

The staff was amazing everything was walking distance. Nothing was far even in a Uber ride. Would definitely come back there again .
