I will definitely stay here again when work brings me back to the area. I arrived late at night and Angela was working the front desk. I had mistakenly made my reservation for the wrong date and she helped me through the process to change the date. AND, she did not charge me a fee even though it was a non-refundable reservation. She was so great to work with and understanding of my silly mistake.

Our stay here was amazing!! The staff if very friendly and the rooms are clean. The suites were perfect for the wife and I and 2 kids. The air conditioner has wall control along with vintage controls. 2 Televisons allowed our kids to watch cartoons and we watched whatever. Now the bathrooms are spacious and very clean. No slow draining showers like other hotels I've stayed in. The lighting is so good in front of the vanity that I noticed spots on my face that I hadn't at home. Lol! Elevator is...

The elevator was. Own and the staff knew about it but didn’t even bother telling people or put up a sign. I felt sorry for the elderly lady that was in a walker. She had to walk on the other side of the bldg to use the elevator. Staff also informed me that I cannot use the water in the clear container with spout bec that was intended for customers who would want water in a clear cup. I was like, what do you think I am, not a customer? I can waste plenty of those cups to refill my water bottle...
