"The place was ok. I guess you get what you pay for. The front desk person was either untrained or not willing to help. He was rude and unhelpful when I tried to make a reservation over the phone, I had to do it online and when I came in, the check-in was very slow; but the worst part is when I asked about the EV charger in the property, he pointed outside and flat out said "it's out there, I'm new here, I can't help you and don't know anything about it""

"Booked a double queen but they were not Queen beds, they were full size. Lamp shade needed dusting, pool corners were gray. Quiet time not inforced and kind allowed to run through the halls. Parents were drinking in the pool while other kids were swimming and not advised to leave the pool area. "

"Comfortable bed and good in house amenities like a bar/restaurant and pool/hot tub. The family friendly nature is very much prioritized, with large families with multiple children taking over the common spaces like to pool and lounge area. The sofa mattress was stained with no option to move to a new room, we weren’t given enough bedding or towels for the number of guests, the pool towels were consistently out, the bathroom door in our room didn’t latch, a spring came off the sofa bed and the hallways smelled like weed. Underwhelming stay. "
