Be sure to reserve ahead to dine at nearby Rose and Kettle. It’s quite good, and is the only nearby restaurant.

"My family had a wonderful stay. It was for the last night of my son's tournament at Dreams Park. It's a 20 min drive along the beautiful lake. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The room is well appointed with fridge, microwave, table and 2 chairs. Decent toiletry products, nice towels. I can see why it was such a popular design. The room was a bit dated, but very well kept, and the mattress older but not uncomfortable. The lodge has a small private beach a short walk down the hill, and you can borrow their kayaks for free! "

The key card works every time, some hotels or motels I’ve stayed at, it’s hit or miss whether it works or not. I would stay here again although the price was on the high side. Breakfast was included although it was all carbs on the offering, no bacon and eggs. I opted out and went looking for a Denny’s, found one in Schenectady."
