"Absolutely wonderful! Room was comfortable but the staff made it the best! Shuttle was at the front ready to take me when I walked outside. Even dropped me off at the restaurant bc the weather was so bad! Driver was amazing! The front desk (I think Mr. Alan, I hope that’s right) was absolutely amazing and accommodating. I will stay again just bc of the staff alone! "

"The check in was a breeze. We arrived off our cruise at 830 am and arrived at the hotel at 11, and they were able to give us 1 room to store our luggage until the second room was ready. The staff were friendly and courteous. I will be recommending the hotel to my friends that travel. I can't say enough great things about this hotel."
